Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between MR Global Solutions trading with its brand Switch Point Advisory ("we," "us," or "the Advisor") and the individual or entity engaging our services ("you" or "the Client").

By purchasing a Strategy Plan, booking a session, or using the website www.switchpointadvisory.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

2.1. Advisory & Coaching: We provide strategic career guidance, business consulting, and mentoring. We are not a recruitment agency, headhunter, or employment firm.

2.2. No Therapy: Our services are professional in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

2.3. Scope: The specific services (e.g., "The Quick Consult," "The Pivot Package," "The Founder's Launchpad") are detailed on our website. We reserve the right to amend these service descriptions at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Payment: Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking. Payments are processed securely via Stripe in GBP, USD, or EUR.

3.2. Currency: You are responsible for any exchange rates or foreign transaction fees applied by your bank if paying in a currency different from your account's default.

3.3. Session Scheduling: After payment, we will contact you to schedule your session(s). It is your responsibility to provide availability in a timely manner.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lateness

4.1. Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

4.2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of that session. No refund will be provided.

4.3. No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a "No-Show," and the session will be forfeited.

4.4. Advisor Cancellation: In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or a priority rescheduled slot.

5. Refunds

5.1. Cooling-Off Period: Under UK Consumer Law, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided you have not yet used the service.

5.2. Commencement of Service: If you book a session that takes place within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund for that completed session.

5.3. Package Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions within a package ("The Pivot Package" or "Founder's Launchpad") are at our discretion and, if granted, will be calculated by deducting the full "single session" rate for any sessions already used.

6. No Guarantees (Disclaimer)

6.1. No Results Guaranteed: While we provide expert strategic advice based on years of experience, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to: securing a new job, obtaining a promotion, raising capital for a startup, or achieving specific income goals.

6.2. Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Career success depends on factors beyond our control, including market conditions and your own execution of the strategy.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Our Commitment: We respect the sensitive nature of career changes and business ideas. We agree to keep all proprietary information, business plans, and personal career details discussed during sessions strictly confidential.

7.2. Exceptions: Confidentiality may be breached only if:

• Required by law or valid legal process.
• There is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
• You give us explicit written permission to share specific details (e.g., for a testimonial).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Our Content: All frameworks, worksheets, methodologies, and materials provided by Switch Point Advisory remain the intellectual property of MR Global Solutions. You are granted a license to use them for personal use only.

8.2. Your Content: You retain ownership of your personal resume data, business ideas, and specific career narrative.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services provided shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for the services.

9.2. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
